Associate Marketing Manager (Bilingual)

As the Associate Marketing Manager, you will be focused on leading the development and execution of the strategy that builds preference for all brands and product lines sold within our channels. You will deliver on the specific brand, channel and retailer needs.

You'd have the opportunity to identify consumer, category and customer insights and leverage those insights to define the channel strategy.  Strong bilingual (French and English) communication skills are essential to engage, inform and inspire the internal cross-function team and to continue to strengthen relationships with the customer-merchant and marketing teams.
What you will be doing:
  • Developing and executing strategies to increase brand preference within the channel
  • Supporting the development of the merchandising plans to improve shopping ease and informing the end user
  • Assisting in the development of the pricing and promotion strategy by analyzing competitive market pricing, brand position, and shopper insight
  • Understanding and utilizing ROI tools to maximize the channel marketing budget and making sure it aligns with the brand building objectives
  • Supporting the delivery and execution of the channel marketing plan
What you bring:
  • 3+ years marketing experience
  • Degree and/or diploma in Marketing or related field (MBA an asset)
  • Must be fluent in French and English
  • A general passion and curiosity for marketing
  • Experience in brand, P&L, and product management
  • Excellent problem solving and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced workspace and able to meet hard-hitting deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in CPG (consumer packaged goods) marketing, retail marketing, or home improvement are beneficial
