The team is growing (headquarters in Irvine, CA) and are looking to add a Product Marketing Manager (Customer Experience) to define and deliver engaging Reseller experiences across digital properties working cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing and Sales globally. 

This role reports directly to the Head of Global Product Marketing.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Partnering with Sales and Product Management to engage directly with customers to gather insights to prioritize requirements for future enhancements
  • Working with UX team to define and design the ultimate digital experience for Resellers across digital properties to drive maximum adoption
  • Providing support and input into the roadmap for new capabilities including customer impact and development timeline globally
  • Developing the localization and operational plan to roll out in local markets
  • Working with outbound Product Marketing to develop internal and external communications to ensure maximum awareness
  • Supporting the creation of thought leadership content to drive awareness, interest and adoption with outbound Product Marketing and Marketing
  • Reporting KPIs and resolution plan to improve customer KPIs to leadership 
What you bring:
  • 4+ years of Program Management, Product Management and/or Project Management experience
  • Experience working through a complete product cycle
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A high tolerance for ambiguity and change
  • Excellent design and problem-solving skills
