The team is looking to add an Operations Coordinator to play a supporting part in the application and enhancement of current operations. Additionally, alongside the leadership team, you will participate in the launch and expansion of new products.
In this role, you will have the opportunity of working  with members of the leadership team. You will be honing in on your skills in operations and logistics to contribute to the long term growth the company. 

Operations Coordinator

What you will be doing:
  • Assisting with administrative duties and providing support to the Manager/ Director of Operations
  • Exploring new vendors and new technologies
  • Collaborating with the team and vendors to identify stalls in production and creating solutions for improvement
  • Coordinating and placing orders for couriers, supplies, equipment and monitoring freight movements
  • Conducting the review and approval of invoices and billing statements 
  • Managing finance and production spreadsheets
  • Partnering with vendors, monitoring logistics and effectively setting expectations
  • Assisting in the creating and building project plans, reporting and budgets
What you bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing  with a background in food and beverage 
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Internet Explorer
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs 
  • Avid problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish
  • Well rounded verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to work independently, under pressure in a fast paced environment
