The Product Manager of New Payments will work closely with Engineering, Finance, and Business Intelligence teams to define payments and financial business requirements to evaluate new payment solutions that aligns with our customer needs. This position involves wearing many hats, leading cross-functional teams, and following through on research, identifying, and understanding inconsistencies with financial reports and proposing solutions.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Work closely with the Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Design, and Engineering teams to define and develop a payments roadmap
  • Own the payments product lifecycle from inception to launch; from research to requirements, gathering through development and release, and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements
  • Understand the latest trends in payments and data infrastructure and be an expert on payments systems to the Operations & Finance team
  • Monitor and maintain payment systems performance using internal and third-party tools
What you bring:
  • 5+ years of experience with technology, eCommerce and strong in payments and monetizing digital products
  • Experience building payments and implementing payment services
  • Strong data analysis skills to inform product development decisions
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Outstanding written/verbal communication skills
