The Manager, Product Management - Customer Loyalty is responsible for projects that focus on customer loyalty and driving customer-centric experiences.  You will be supporting the Technology, Design, and Operations teams by being a strategic thinker who is able to generate bold and innovative ideas for growth. A tactical player who can analyze data and solve problems with ease. The Product Manager will help monitor and drive the business on all aspects of demand, customer experience, and conversion. Manager, Product, Customer Loyalty Programs

What you’ll be doing:
  • Clearly identify and measure KPIs for our Loyalty Marketing program. Develop measurement strategies to drive ongoing iteration and optimization
  • Work with stakeholders in Engineering, UX, Design, and Operations to define and drive high-level product goals, KPIs, and give cross-functional support
  • Analyzes customer needs and market trends to drive site features and enhancements that provide client’s online customers with an exceptional shopping experience
  • Propose strategic and tactical initiatives to improve your particular sector of business on the company website
  • Contribute to creating business requirements, driving improvements to customer‐facing site features, back-end systems, and new business models
What you bring:
  • Degree preferred or a mix or experience 
  • 4+ years of Product Management experience in Digital or eCommerce
  • Strong web analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative)
  • Proven ability to collaborate and creatively problem solve across multi-function teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
