Our client, Thousand, is seeking an entrepreneurial-minded E-Commerce Manager to make a real difference in a growing company. The E-commerce Manager is responsible for managing the company’s e-commerce sales channel and its operations, including driving sales growth (managing our online marketing tactics i.e. SEO, PPC and SEM) , implementing and testing ecomm initiatives, and maintaining/enhancing our webstore content.

What you'll be doing:

Drive Revenue Growth
  • Help determine the marketing budget, the type of medium, and the most effective way to reach our target audience.
  • Oversee E-Commerce Marketing strategies to provide oversight and direction to the organization's E-Commerce efforts.
  • Implement and test e-commerce initiatives to drive increase conversion and retention rates
  • Help drive and improve marketing initiatives to support growth and customer retention, including email, SEO, SEM, paid search, display, email marketing, mobile and analytics
  • Identify and implement SEO improvements and opportunities
  • Demonstrate creativity and knowledge of best in class standards and target consumer when suggesting actions to increase sales
Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyze/weekly/monthly web analytics to analyze customer behavior and patterns, and make optimization recommendations
  • Provide monthly and annual sales forecasts to leadership team
Content Maintenance
  • Ensure online content is accurate and up to date-  Ensure product images, copy, pricing, etc. is up to date, and merchandised to achieve high sell through
  • Overseeing website updates, maintenance, and all technical website matters -- manage web development agency, or make HTML/CSS tweaks and adjustments to website as needed.

What you bring:
  • Proficiency with Excel skills required
  • Experience with Shopify is a plus
  • 3-5 years of e-commerce management experience
  • Must be proficient with e-commerce marketing, including Google Adwords, remarketing, social media ads
  • Strong project management skills with sensitivity to deadline driven workflow
  • Collaborative, team-oriented work style
  • Must be able to handle a variety of multiple changing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Very strong analytical skills to effectively develop strategies and solve problems
