Their sales team is looking to add an Inside Sales Rep to be actively participating in the sales in both wholesale and retail US markets. You will be joining a team of sales reps who are ambitious, driven and hardworking. In this role, you will be reporting to the Sales Manager and you’ll be tasked with maintaining an excellent track record as a high performing sales lead.

What you will be doing:
 
• Creating business relationships with the existing customer base as well as  expanding the business by developing new and valuable relationships with potential clients
• Meeting or exceeding annual sales targets and margin objectives for the market segments assigned to you
• Exploring and growing new client accounts with a focus on lead generation and B2B sales
• Determining and reporting on possible growth opportunities and factors which could impact the sales objectives and marketing strategies
• Following the sales process, including maintaining the CRM database, and completing reports

 
What you bring:
 
• 5 years of B2B sales experience with experience in cold calling and telephone sales
•  Strong closing skills and a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Exceptional communication skills; phone and in person-based selling
• Experience qualifying sales leads
• Hands-on experience using MS Word, Excel, CRM, and Outlook
• Working with Trade shows or Consumer Packaged Goods experience
• Strong organizational skills, results-oriented and driven work ethic
