What you will be doing:
  • You will focus on efficiently scaling systems to redesigning large parts of the application
  • You will aim to grow into leading technical projects, processes, and standards.  
  • Hold a high-quality standard, you will write clear, concise, elegant, and well-tested code in Python, Ruby, and/or JavaScript. 
  • You will be working with a small, agile, integrated product team that’s dedicated to continuously improve and advance their skills as well as knowledge sharing. 
  • You’re going to be building a product that will make lives of real people easier
You have:
  • 5-7 years of Python, Ruby, JavaScript and/or polyglot
  • Experience leading technical projects from inception to delivery.
  • Operate and monitor highly available systems in production
  • Working with testing and monitoring the quality of workmanship. 
  • Writing testable, modular, maintainable, simple, and well-documented code. 
  • Experience with web application and/or distributed systems development.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (you can speak the words real good and write pretty ok sometimes too). 
  • B.S., M.S., and/or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering or equivalent.
