Our client, a next-generation consumer products studio, creates, operates, builds and launches consumer-facing product brands from the ground up, partnering with passionate influencers and/or content brands.

From sourcing products, financing POs, quality control, logistics, manufacturing, e-commerce, big box sales, complex operations, design, R&D, product formulation, marketing - they work with some of the greatest retailers.

The team is looking to add a Brand Manager to join the Toys Division and/or Wellness Division.

What you will be doing:
  • Project-manage all cross-functional activities focused on brand launches, and ensure consistent brand positioning for new item launches
  • Analyze brand and proactively develop actionable plans to drive sales
  • Understand consumer market to identify trends, opportunities and competitive risks
  • Work interchangeably with Design Managers, PR & Marketing, and Content Producers
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters
What you have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent
  • Entry level position with at least 2 years of post-collegiate experience
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and G Suite
  • Experience, interest in, or understanding of toys, wellness, skincare & beauty industries
  • Experience in the following areas: advertising, digital marketing, consumer promotions, POS marketing, PR, sales promotions, and trade marketing.
  • Highly detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced setting
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility & ability to shift gears is a must
