Our client is a leading interactive mobile gaming company, with players all around the world playing one or more of our bite-sized games. They have developed over 200 fun titles and have conquered mobile by granting its 342MM enchanted users with advertising they actually want. The Senior Data Scientist will focus on ads that are business performance driven to make an influential mark on the advertising business unit and to be able to execute its business strategies on time and on target.

In this role, you will be a part of a team that drives data-driven ideas, conducts A/B Tests, and works directly with our Head of Analytics, while supporting our client’s team in London, UK. You will also have the opportunity to perform in-depth data analysis to identify audience demographics, interpret findings of ad business, and make recommendations to the data team, ads-team, and the President of Ads.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Provide accurate data and insights, while understanding the complexity of our ads ecosystem and data flow, to guide decisions for our stakeholders
  • Support the data team on presenting and visualizing results in a clear and consistent manner to senior and VP level management
  • Analyze ads and ads products to help out game teams to improve their analysis and use of ads as a revenue source.
  • Assist in the development of simple, dependable, automated reports and dashboards, including key metrics, while optimizing tools such as Python, R and Looker
What you bring: 
  • A degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or other quantitative discipline
  • At least 5+ years of post-collegiate in a quantitative field in reporting/analytics
  • Significant experience in A/B Tests
  • Significant experience working with relational databases and SQL query languages
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment (including business performance groups - ads-related tools, systems and processes)
  • Quantitative forecasting experience
  • Ability to communicate the results of your analyses clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Be a subject matter expert and analysis for ads products, helping teams improve their analysis and use of ads as a revenue source
  • Significant experience in Python & R
