Our client, one of North America's premium full-service marketing and communications agency is looking to add a new Account Manager, Events to support their clients in San Francisco. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage multiple programs simultaneously, including crafting and executing strategies to drive complex campaigns, while taking lead on mid-large scale projects and clients. You will also be supporting on budgets and forecasting - partnering with clients on leading and executing events & onsite logistics.

Remote (1-2 days a week on-site) 
Contract to full-time 

What you'll be doing: 
  • Be the lead point of contact for all events and program requirements, including client communication
  • Manage the planning and development of specific client projects/events, both in the office and on-site.
  • Monitor, track, evaluate and optimize project performance to maximize client investment (including setting clear program KPI’s and deliverables)
  • Create resources to use when coordinating with partners (i.e. documentation and training)
  • Work closely with vendor management 
What you bring: 
  • 2-4 years of marketing agency experience in a client service role
  • Proven track record or hitting sales quotas, KPIs, and closing deals
  • Be able to work independently & as part of a team in a fast pace, rapid change environment
  • Demonstrates a competitive edge through strong strategic, creative and innovative thinking and problem-solving that is solutions- and business-oriented
  • Ability to manage priorities and commitments and meet deadlines
