Job Summary & Success Factors:

We are hiring additional Software Engineers at the Experienced Professional level (mid-career) for our new yet already expanding SDLC function in Monterrey, Mexico. The qualifications for a Product & Services Developer include, but are not limited to:

• Knowledge of full stack application architectures, including front-end, back-end, database, integration/middleware, security, et al
• Front-end development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• 3+ years of JavaScript ES6/ES7 programming experience required
• Self-starter with insatiable hunger to learn new things both traditionally (academically) and independently (self-guided studies and courses, current trends, and best practices)
• Business-grade communication skills in English (ESL)
• Ability for light business travel and commuting specific to your brand new office in Downtown Monterrey as a hybrid work model (the weekly majority of working hours will continue remotely, from home, with any remaining hours being in-person collaborations with your growing team as needs may be and/or when otherwise decided as a peer democracy)

• Cloud technologies such as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS

• IT Consulting or IT Contracting services experience
• Analyzing customer requirements
• Working with a Project Manager(s) to define project scope and plans
• Support project estimating
• Transforming and modernizing business applications
• Testing to ensure end-to-end quality
• Delivering projects that meet scope, schedule, and budget expectations
• Delivering customer training and documentation
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience with formal training and/or certifications
