Identity Platform Application Administrator

This role reports to the Manager of Technical Configuration Management and will be responsible for ID and access management throughout the company, including integration changes. You will be liaising with different project teams to ensure the identity phases are completed on time and without any issues. You will also be a point of contact for any escalations that arise within the support teams.  
 
What you will be doing:
 
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining support of identity and access management tools (i.e. SailPoint Identity IQ)
  • Developing and recommending strategies with IT support groups to improve access security procedures
  • Ensuring daily operations are achieved without any disruptions to identity and access management services
  • Performing analysis to find and resolve any issues
  • Troubleshooting security applications
  • Collaborating with IT and business teams to recognize access and identity requirements
 
What you bring:
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or Diploma in Computer Science or related field
  • 4-6 years IT experience
  • 1-2 years’ experience in an IT support role for Sailpoint IdentityIQ solution
  • 1-2 years’ experience with Windows, Shell Scripting, and Linux/UNIX
  • Experience with systems application development and integration
  • Experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST), SPML, XML, and application and web servers
  • Experience in software installation on UNIX/Linux and web platforms
  • Experience with Oracle, MSSQL, or MySQL
  • Experience working with directories like LDAP or AD
  • Thorough knowledge of Access Management and/or Privileged Identity functionality
