Our client, a global media agency, who manages over $37 billion in marketing investment on behalf of their clients, employing over 8,500 marketing communication specialists in more than 130 countries, is looking to bring on a Manager of Data Modeling to join their Analytics team in Los Angeles. 

You will have the opportunity to be client facing - and be heavily involved in supporting with Media Mix Modeling (scorecard development, predictive modeling, simulation and optimization). You will also support with data manipulation (to bring several sources together to perform data quality checks) and generate data-driven insights for their clients.

What you'll be doing:
  • Provide support in developing analytic responses to clients involving: Media Mix modeling, ROI in media spending (across Digital, TV, Search)
  • Present analysis to Media Planners and external clients (including Account Managers and Strategists)
  • Present to clients (and possibly prospective clients)
  • Implement a variety of analytical techniques, ranging from: statistical modeling and numerical optimizations (using R, Python)
  • Oversee data collection
What you bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree (statistics, mathematics, economics, finance, business, engineering)
  • 3-4+ years of experience in an analytics function and media
  • Experience presenting and interacting with clients
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Background in statistical analysis, particularly regression based modeling and marketing mix modeling
  • Experience with data-management, statistical and optimization tools, ideally SAS/R/SQL/Python
