Our client, a global leader in PCB (Printed Circuit Board), PCB Engineering and PCB Production with operations around the world and approximately 300 employees, is growing in your market. This newly created role will be part of supporting growth in your market. You’ll be part of a tight-knit local team and have the support of the larger North American head office and global operations

Key Account Manager
Ontario, California, USA 

What you will be doing:
  • Developing accounts within the electronic field that fit the company profile
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Follow-ups with management regarding company decisions
  • Actively contributing to the development of yearly budgets and making suggestions for company growth
  • Scheduling visits with new and current customers
  • Making sales calls to new and current customers, and developing quotes and follow ups for them
  • Experiencing using CRMs and ability to record detailed activities and information
  • Keeping the Customer Service Rep updated after customer visits and collaborating with them to determine price levels
  • Maintaining records according to company SOP
  • Keeping customers updated on any news or market changes
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and system documentation
The must haves:
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years related experience
  • Experience in PCB industry is preferred
  • Excellent customer service experience dealing with delicate questions and grievances
  • Strong understanding of mathematics and ability to apply concepts in practical instances; Stats, fractions, percentages, probability, etc.
  • Experience resolving problems by collecting data and facts and drawing conclusions
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exposure working with large finance policies within customer agreements
  • Experience in maintaining Control of Documents SOP (the client is ISO certified); you will be required to understand “ISO” guidelines
